Vince Poletto portrays Matt Logan in 59 episodes of Heartbreak High.
Poletto was 23 years old when he began filming the show, 5 years older than his character. Unlike Matt, who is Anglo-Australian, he is of Italian descent. He is a graduate of the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA).
He was written off Heartbreak High in 1997, during a cast shake-up.
He is one of many former Heartbreak High cast members to guest star on Wildside (1999), also created by Michael Jenkins and starring Tony Martin and Alex Dimitriades.
